September 12, 2018 – “Scott Anderson, the vice president and deputy general manager at the West Valley Demonstration Project, has been promoted to president and general manager, West Valley officials announced.
During Anderson’s three-year tenure as deputy at the site in northern Cattaraugus County, he helped oversee the placement of 278 canisters of high-level radioactive waste placed into 56 storage casks and relocated to a concrete storage pad at the site. ” Link to article
